What is PECCU Online Banking ? Overview!
  • Enables every member to create an account and log on remotely.
  • Enables members to access all their accounts, as well as the latest transactions carried out on each of them.
  • Enables members to carry out operations such as account-to-account transfers, transfer orders, deposits and withdrawals from each of their accounts.
  • Enables members to apply for loans and checkbooks from home.
How do I gain Access to the Application ?
  • In order to get access to the application, the member needs to authenticate using his branch, his client number and his password.
What is OTP Verification Code ?
  • Once we’ve checked the user’s credentials are correct, you will received an otp code through email or phone number to confirm your identity.
Can a Member Create an Account ?

YES. If a member doesn’t have an account, you can create one here by selecting the branch and entering your client number.

Forgot Your Password ?
  • If a member forgets his/her password, You can reinitiliaze it on the login page by entering your credentials and confirming your identity.
Can I request for a Loan ?
  • YES, If a member needs to request for a loan, he/she should go to the loan request page and fill the form with the correct information.
Can I request for a Check Book ?
  • YES, When a member needs to request for a checkbook, he/she can go to the cheque request page and fill the related form. You can also see the list of his previous requests.
How do I make a Transfer ?
  • To make a direct transfer from your account to another, the member will need to come to the transfer page and fill the form with the information of the beneficiary.
What happens after a Member Log's In ?
  • After successfully logging in the app, the member will be redirected to its home page which displays a list of the accounts and the 5 last transaction made on it.
What is Transfer Situation ?
  • On this page, the member can see the list of his transfer orders of the active account including their details.
Can I transfer money from a mobile money account to my micro finance account ?
  • YES

How do I Update my Password ?
  • While already in the app, a member can change his/her password with logging out by going to the update password page and filling the form.
